Commonly asked questions and answers for buying contacts online.

What is the fastest way to expedite my order?
Choose your product, fill in the required fields and fax your prescription to 1-732-869-9331. Faxing your prescription, rather than filling in the Doctor Information Fields, will eliminate the time it takes to contact your eye doctor to verify the accuracy and current status of your prescription. Your prescription has all the information we need to fill your prescription.

How do I get my Contact Lens Prescription?
Ask your local eye doctor to fit you with contact lenses. After you've been fitted, ask your eye doctor for your prescription.

Why do you require my doctor's name and phone number?
Your doctor's name and phone number allows us to verify the accuracy and current status of your prescription by contacting the doctor's office. This information is required to complete your order and satisfies state and federal regulations.
Will I receive the same lenses my doctor prescribed?
Yes. The lenses we deliver direct to you are in fact the same lenses supplied by doctors to their patients.
Can I purchase one brand if I have a prescription for another?
Contact lenses come in different sizes and must be fit to your eye by an eye doctor. We cannot sell you contact lenses that you do not already have a finalized prescription. You will need to consult your eye care provider and get a new prescription before changing your brand.
Can I purchase colored contacts if I don't have a prescription?
Contact lenses come in different sizes and must be fit to your eye by an eye care provider. We cannot sell you contact lenses that you are not already wearing successfully. Visit an eye care provider for a contact lens exam and prescription and then order your contacts by phone or from our online store.
What is required to order My Contact Lenses?
You will need the current Contact Lens prescription your eye doctor prescribed for you—Brand Name, Power (Sphere), Base Curve, Diameter (and, for people with astigmatic eyes, Cylinder & Axis).
