Dr. Irving Edelsberg has been practicing Optometry in Monmouth County, New Jersey, since 1981. He graduated from the University of Minnesota and received his doctor of optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia. In September 2002, he received the New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians "Distinguished Service Award".

Dr. Edelsberg is currently a panel doctor for The Commission for the Blind, State of New Jersey and serves on the medical/dental staff of CentraState Medical Center in Freehold, New Jersey.

Dr. Edelsberg is the past president of the Monmouth/Ocean County Optometric Society where he served on the board of directors. He is also a past member of the Biotic/Telescopic subcommittee of the MVS Task Force on Vision Standards for the State of New Jersey.

Dr. Edelsberg currently resides in Ocean Township, New Jersey, with his wife and two children.
